Hey, I'm Clay I care about the outcome.
The software is how we get there. I have been building and shipping it for 30 years, for Fortune 100 companies and for small local businesses that needed something working by Monday. I like that range.
A lot of that time has been getting inside the business: coaching teams, running agile transformations, mapping value chains, and tightening workflows that waste people's days.
I can do all the work, and I am also the guy you can take golfing. Morning with the prospect, afternoon in Slack with the people building it.
I started building and using agentic AI in 2024. I run the experiments myself and keep the parts that hold up in production. If we work together, you get me. I take the call, map the process, and write the software.
