These terms apply to labountylabs.com and services provided by LaBounty Labs ("we," "us"). By using the site or our services, you agree to them. Our individual apps may have their own terms, which apply to those apps. Client engagements and workshops may also have separate written terms, which control if they conflict with these.

Using the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or submit content that is unlawful or that you don't have the right to share.

Services and payments

Prices, deliverables, and refund terms for a service or workshop are described on its page or in its written agreement. Payments are processed by our payment processor.

SMS messaging terms

Program. LaBounty Labs sends text messages, such as notifications, alerts, and status updates, to people who have opted in to receive them.

LaBounty Labs system alerts. Our SMS program sends automated internal system alerts (such as outages and failed jobs) to LaBounty Labs personnel who opt in at labountylabs.com/sms-alerts.

Opting in. You receive messages only after you provide your phone number and agree to receive texts from LaBounty Labs.

Frequency. Message frequency varies.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll receive one confirmation message, and then no more messages unless you opt in again.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or email clay@labountylabs.com.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We do not share mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Content and intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to LaBounty Labs unless otherwise noted. You may share links and short quotes with attribution. Don't copy or republish substantial portions without permission.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Blog posts and other content are general information, not professional, legal, or financial advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LaBounty Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
