LaBounty Labs ("we," "us") runs labountylabs.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our individual apps may have their own privacy policies, which apply to those apps.

The short version

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, company, phone number, and anything you write when you fill out a form, register for a workshop, or email us.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers.
• Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and general location. Your browser may store cookies for this purpose.

How we use it

• To reply to you and provide the services you ask for
• To send transactional messages, such as confirmations, reminders, and account or service notifications
• To operate, secure, and improve the website
• To meet legal obligations

SMS messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from LaBounty Labs, we use your phone number only to send the messages you agreed to receive, such as notifications and alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our messaging provider) that deliver messages on our behalf.

When we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as hosting, email, messaging, analytics, and payment processing. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
